How It Works?

Our booking process for team-building classes is simple and straightforward:

  1. Fill in our booking request form with your desired class date, class option, package, and number of participants.
  2. We will then confirm availability and final details via email or phone.
  3. Make a payment to secure your booking.
  4. Show up with your team to have an awesome experience!

FAQs

Do we need any prior baking experience?

No prior baking experience is required. Our classes cater to everyone, from beginners to skilled chefs.

Where is your venue?

We are based in the 27 Boxes center in Melville, Johannesburg.

What happens on the day of the class?

Our cooking classes are designed to be interactive, educational, and most importantly, fun!

  1. Upon arrival, our staff will warmly greet you. Our class facilitator will then take over and guide you through the class.
  2. You’ll be divided into smaller teams for a collaborative baking experience.
  3. Our experienced class facilitator will demonstrate techniques and share tips while guiding you through the recipe(s).
  4. You’ll make your baked goods alongside your team with all the required ingredients and tools.
  5. We’ll conclude the class with closing remarks and photos.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences?

Yes. Please inform us in advance about any specific dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies, and we will make appropriate arrangements to ensure everyone can enjoy the class.

Can we include beverages in our booking?

Yes, we can offer beverage packages on request (wine, beer, cooldrinks, etc.) or drinks can be ordered on the day and invoiced after the event.

How long does each class take?

Typically, we aim to start around 9am and end around 2:30pm. Start and end times can be adjusted upon request.

Can we personalize the aprons?

Yes, we can customize the aprons with your company logo or the name of each attendee. We would need the information at least 2 weeks in advance.
