Local Collection
Currently, we do collection by appointment only. You will need to email us your order and we will invoice for payment. We will then contact you after the order has been paid to schedule a collection time. The collection address is 90 Phantom Street, Raceview, Alberton, 1449. Products are generally available for collection during working hours (8am – 5pm, Mon – Fri).
Shipping
Products ordered online can be shipped to any location in South Africa. The buyer needs to cover the shipping cost. Currently, we ship for a flat rate of R75 per order.
Shipping times vary according to location. Major hubs are 1 – 3 working days. Outlying areas can take 3 – 5 working days. Orders are generally processed on the same day or within 24 hours from the time of order, excluding weekends. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
